Owodunni Ibrahim, popularly known as Primeboy and a close friend of the late singer Ilerioluwa Aloba, also known as Mohbad, has threatened legal action against Mohbad’s mother, Abosede Adeyemo-Aloba, over alleged defamatory remarks.

In a statement issued by Primeboy’s lawyer, Akinpelu Ogunbona, it was revealed that Mohbad’s mother recently granted an interview in which she accused Primeboy of having frequent altercations with her son while he was alive.

The interview also suggested that Primeboy was advised to flee following Mohbad’s death to avoid suspicion.

The statement highlighted that the accusations have caused significant harm to Primeboy’s reputation and career.

“Your actions are deliberate to injure and traduce the integrity of our client, who is a rising star in the music industry.”

“These allegations have negatively impacted the affection and love he enjoys from his fans and well-wishers globally,” the statement read.

Primeboy has demanded a public retraction from Mohbad’s mother within seven days, warning that legal action will be taken if she fails to comply.
