Social media streets have been on fire after popular TikToker Peller made the ultimate blunder.
He called Nigerian Afrobeats star Runtown an “up-and-coming artist.”
Yes, you read that right. The same Runtown who gave us Mad Over You, For Life, and Gallardo.
It all started during a TikTok live session when a fellow streamer suggested Runtown as a guest.
Instead of recognising the singer’s legacy, Peller dismissed the idea, claiming he didn’t want “non-famous” people on his livestream.
That comment landed him in hot water, as fans and music lovers dragged him across all platforms for disrespecting a well-established artist.
Realising the storm he had caused, Peller has now come forward with a heartfelt and slightly humorous apology.
He admitted that while Runtown was dominating the charts, he was too young to fully appreciate his music.

During a livestream with his girlfriend, Elizabeth Amoudu, Peller pleaded for forgiveness, saying:
“When I was hearing Runtown’s music that time, I was too young to even use a phone. Peller never come town when Runtown dey Runtown. Please, forgive the poor boy. Let him breathe. God won’t shame us. I’m sorry, my brothers and sisters.”
