Nigerian rapper, Odumodublvck, has ignited a heated football debate with his bold claim about Nigerian football’s greatest player.
Taking to X , the ‘Cast’ hitmaker declared that former Super Eagles captain, John Mikel Obi, is the greatest Nigerian footballer of all time.
“Mikel Obi is the greatest Nigerian footballer of all time,” Odumodublvck wrote.

While some agreed with his assessment, praising Mikel’s achievements both at club and international levels, others vehemently disagreed.
They offered alternative names such as Rashidi Yekini, Kanu Nwankwo, Austin Jay-Jay Okocha, and even Vincent Enyeama as Nigeria’s true football GOATs.
