“I wish y’all would stop comparing me to other artistes and saying ‘me vs someone else,’” he wrote.
“Until one of these artistes does everything on their own with no help — while the media constantly messes with them — then come talk to me.”
The Grammy-winning artiste stressed that his journey in the music industry has been far from easy.
However, he has managed to stay consistent for two decades without the kind of backing or support others might enjoy.
