Nicki Minaj's Mom Files Lawsuit Of N57B Against Hit And Run Driver Who Killed Her Husband
American singer, Nicki Minaj’s Mom, Carol Maraj has filed a civil lawsuit against the hit and run driver Charles Polevich who has been accused of claiming the life of her father, Robert Maraj.
Report has it that the sum of $150 million (N57 billion) was filed by her legal team against Charles, the hit-and-run driver who was said to have driven the car.

According to Nassau County Police Department, Charles did hit the singer’s father. He checked to see if Robert was okay and then fled desire his condition.
“He got out of the car and he looked at the deceased, got into his car, and made the conscious decision to leave instead of dialling 911, instead of calling an ambulance for the man. He went home and secluded the vehicle. He’s well aware of what he did.” Nassau County Police Detective Lt. Stephen Fitzpatrick reported.
Carol’s attorney also took to social media asides report by USA Today to confirm the lawsuit on social media informing the public about the recent development.
He wrote:
“Paul Napoli and I have filed a $150 million lawsuit in the hit-and-run death of Robert Maraj, @NICKIMINAJ’s father. Charles Polevich was not only irresponsible and negligent in hitting Maraj, but was more concerned about running away and hiding than seeking help.”
