Newcastle United have joined Arsenal in the race to sign Chelsea winger Noni Madueke this summer as the Blues are ready to sell the player.

The West London club have been active in the summer transfer window as they have signed Liam Delap and are now close to securing transfers for Joao Pedro and Jamie Gittens.
Once the new players join the team, they will next focus on selling several stars.
According to The Telegraph, manager Enzo Maresca reportedly wants to operate with a small squad of 23 players in the 2025-26 campaign.
As a result, they will look to get rid of several first-team players, who are deemed surplus to the coach’s needs.
Axel Disasi, who was on loan at Aston Villa, will be available to leave, while players like Renato Veiga, Armando Broja and Ben Chilwell will all be sold.
The report adds that Madueke will be made available in the market this summer amid strong interest from Arsenal and Newcastle United.
Pedro Neto has sealed his position in the first team on the right wing, while the arrival of Brazilian sensation Estevao Willian will further provide competition to Madueke on the flanks.
The Magpies had also shown interest in Brighton’s Joao Pedro, but the Brazilian eventually opted to move to Stamford Bridge this summer as the Blues agreed to pay a fee in excess of £50 million.
