Wunmi, the young widow of late Nigerian singer Mohbad, has cried out to the public, begging them to help her plead with her father-in-law to bury her husband.
Since Mohbad passed away in September 2023, his body has remained in the morgue, and the long wait has left Wunmi heartbroken.
On Wednesday, March 12, 2025, Wunmi poured out her pain on social media, saying it has been too long and that her husband deserves to rest.
Mohbad was first buried the day after he died, but his body was later dug up for an autopsy and further investigations. Two years have passed, yet there is no closure, no final goodbye.
Wunmi’s words carried the weight of grief, frustration, and helplessness as she pleaded for her husband to finally be laid to rest.
