Britain’s longest-reigning monarch Queen Elizabeth, died at her home in Scotland aged 96 on Thursday.

Buckingham Palace in a released statement said “the Queen died peacefully at the Balmoral on Thursday afternoon, the King and the Queen Consort will remain at Balmoral this evening and will return to London tomorrow.”
