The Nigerian singer impressive streaming numbers highlight his global influence and the widespread appeal of his music.
Leading the charge is his hit single “Necessari” featuring Philkeyz, which boasts 111 million streams at the time of writing.
Close behind is “Cough,” with 94 million streams, while the international smash “Buga” featuring Tekno has accumulated 91 million streams.
Other popular tracks like “Lie” and “Gwagwala” also feature prominently in his top 10 most-streamed songs, with 60 million and 56 million streams respectively.
Remarkably, Kizz Daniel has achieved this milestone largely on his own, with only two of his top 20 songs on Spotify being collaborations.
His feature on 1DA Banton’s “No Wahala” ranks seventh with 37 million streams.
His collaboration on Young Jonn’s “Big Big Things” sits at number 20 with 12 million streams.
