Kim Kardashian has officially graduated from law school after six years of dedicated study, marking a significant milestone in her journey toward becoming a lawyer.

The 44-year-old reality TV star and entrepreneur celebrated the achievement with a surprise backyard graduation ceremony in Beverly Hills, surrounded by family and close friends.

Kim Kardashian: From Reality Star To Real Lawyer

Instead of attending a traditional law school, Kim pursued California’s Law Office Study Program — a special path that allows students to learn by apprenticing under a licensed attorney.

Over the course of her studies, she completed more than 5,100 hours of legal training under the guidance of her mentor, attorney Jessica Jackson.

Her journey was far from easy. She passed the First-Year Law Students’ Examination, also known as the “baby bar,” in December 2021 after multiple attempts.

Earlier this year, she also passed the Multistate Professional Responsibility Exam another key requirement for becoming a lawyer in California.

The next and final step on her legal path is the California Bar Exam.

Her graduation was deeply personal. Kim’s children wore outfits in honour of their late grandfather, Robert Kardashian Sr., who was a respected lawyer.

The celebration also featured meaningful touches, including placemats made from Kim’s old flashcards that she used while studying.

Kim Plays a Lawyer On Screen

In addition to her real-life legal pursuits, Kim is also stepping into the world of scripted television as a lawyer.

She is set to star in All’s Fair, a new Hulu legal drama created by Ryan Murphy. In the series, Kim plays Allura Grant — a fierce and fashionable Los Angeles divorce attorney who runs an all-female law firm.

The show follows the drama inside and outside the courtroom, exploring relationships, power plays, and high-stakes legal battles.

The star-studded cast includes Naomi Watts, Niecy Nash-Betts, Teyana Taylor, Sarah Paulson, and Glenn Close — all of whom will also serve as executive producers alongside Kim and her mother, Kris Jenner.

All’s Fair is expected to premiere in late 2025 and marks a bold new move for Kim, blending her passion for justice with her growing acting career.

Her role in the show follows her appearance in American Horror Story: Delicate and signals a continued commitment to building a career beyond reality TV.
