Hausa security guard stabs employer's wife to death in Abuja
The Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Police Commissioner, CP Bala Ciroma on Sunday confirmed the arrest of a Hausa/Fulani security guard in ACO Estate in Abuja.

iBrandTV gathered that the guard on Saturday night stabbed the wife of his employer, killing her instantly at their abode located in Phase 2 of the estate.

When the husband of the dead woman returned from his outing same night, the security guard who is said to be from Kaduna state also attacked him with the knife and inflicted serious injuries on him but he was able to run out of the house and into the street shouting for help.

However, the husband (name with-held) later collapsed on the road from severe loss of blood in the midst of residents who came out to find out what was happening.

The security guard meanwhile took some of the belongings of the couple, jumped into the brand new Jeep said to have been bought a few weeks ago and was driving off when he ran into a crowd, not knowing they were on the road because of his boss.

They told him they needed the vehicle to take the injured man to the hospital and he had no choice but to comply. He pretended be did not know the man was his boss and drove them to National Hospital where those that brought the man said it was an armed robbery attack.

Luck, however, ran out for the security guard when neighbours who knew the injured man arrived National Hospital and told the Police that it was the security guard that attacked the man and that already, he had stabbed and killed his wife, tied her and dumped her by a side of the compound.

He was subsequently arrested while the Police have evacuated and deposited the madam’s corpse at Gwagwalada Specialist Hospital morgue.

The couple were said to be living alone, as their children were said to be based abroad.

When contacted, CP Ciroma confirmed the arrest of the security guard noting that investigations have already commenced.
