Nigerian singers, Simisola Ogunleye and Adekunle Kosoko have welcomed a baby girl.
Adekunle, known professionally as Adekunle Gold, is a Nigerian highlife singer, songwriter and graphic designer, while Simisola popularly known as Simi is also a songwriter and actress.
She started her career as a gospel singer, releasing her debut studio album in 2008, titled Ogaju. She gained prominence in 2014 after releasing “Tiff”, a song that was nominated for Best Alternative Song at The Headies 2015.
The ‘Duduke’ crooner shared the news via her Instagram page on Sunday night.

According to her post, the duo welcomed their first child, Adejare on 30th of May 2020.
“It’s like free-falling – this unending, soul snatching, infinite, mind-boggling love.
“Deja, my baby girl, I got you. I promise. Now and forever. So help me God. 5.30.2020,” she wrote.
