Nigerian actor and filmmaker Femi Adebayo has brought joy to a young boy, Alameen Muhammad.
He gifted him a ram for Eid al-Adha after he emerged winner of the 2025 edition of the #FemiAdebayoIleyaGiveaway.
The annual competition was designed to celebrate Eid al-Adha (Ileya) by promoting Quranic recitation among children aged 5 to 12. The organisers hope to instill Islamic values while fostering festive joy.
This year’s top prize, a ram for the Eid celebration, was awarded to 12-year-old Sheik Alameen Muhammad, whose impressive Quran recitation stood out among several entries.
Also, Femi Adebayo took to social media to congratulate the young winner and shared plans to ensure the ram was delivered promptly.
“1st Position: @Sheik_alameen_muhammad. You’ve won a ram for Ileya! Kindly send your preferred delivery address via DM so we can arrange prompt delivery,” Adebayo announced.
Beyond the grand prize, cash rewards were also presented to the second and third-place winners, @hajakaffy and @abiolanurdeen, respectively.
“2nd Position: @hajakaffy. Congratulations! Please send your account details to my DM to receive your cash reward.
3rd Position: @abiolanurdeen. Well done! Kindly forward your account details to my DM for your cash prize,” he added.
Femi Adebayo expressed gratitude to all participants and encouraged continued acts of kindness and love during the festive period.
This is especially as many Nigerians face rising costs of rams and essential goods.
