Federal prosecutors have made shocking allegations in the sex trafficking trial of music mogul, Sean “Diddy” Combs.
They claim he forced a male escort to urinate in the mouth of his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura.
They claim the incident happened during one of his notorious private parties.
The trial began on May 12, with Assistant U.S. Attorney Emily Johnson presenting the government’s opening statement following jury selection.
Emily Johnson detailed a disturbing pattern of abuse and coercion at Diddy’s so-called “freak offs, orchestrated sexual gatherings
This allegedly involves male escorts and women pressured into participation.
One such incident, prosecutors claim, involved Diddy allegedly ordering an escort to urinate on Cassie Ventura.
This was an act she later described as traumatic, saying she “felt like she was choking”.
Prosecutors also referenced a 2016 hotel surveillance video that went viral.
The video purportedly shows Diddy kicking, hitting, and dragging Cassie through a hallway.
However, Diddy has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
The charges includes racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transporting individuals for prostitution
Male escort, Daniel Phillip, testifying in court, claimed he was repeatedly hired to have sex with Ventura.
He allegedly earned up to $6,000 per session.
According to Phillip, Diddy at times directed or recorded these encounters.
Also, he stated that Cassie once asked him to urinate on her and that when he failed to meet her expectations, both she and Combs corrected him.
“I felt like I was dealing with someone who had unlimited power,” Phillip told jurors.
“Even if I went to the police, I believed I could still lose my life.”
Meanwhile, Diddy’s legal team has indicated plans to argue that Cassie was an active participant in a relationship marked by mutual violence.
This challenges the narrative of one-sided abuse.
Diddy’s Downfall
Diddy was arrested in Manhattan on September 16, 2024.
He was formally indicted by federal prosecutors in the Southern District of New York.
He also faces disturbing allegations of sexually abusing over 120 individuals, including men, women, and a 9-year-old boy.
If convicted of racketeering, Diddy Combs could be sentenced to life in prison.
