Nigerian music sensation Davido is pulling out all the stops for his highly anticipated fifth studio album, 5ive, and the lineup is nothing short of spectacular.
In a recent interview, the Afrobeats superstar revealed that 5ive isn’t just another project, it’s an album he holds close to his heart.
And to make it even more special, he’s bringing in some of the finest talents from Africa and beyond.
Among the international stars joining him on this musical journey are Victoria Monét and Shenseea, two powerhouse artists who will be gracing separate tracks on the album.
Davido shared the story of how his collaboration with Victoria Monét came to life.
He reveals that they first connected at the 2023 Grammy Awards.

Having previously worked with her producer, he saw it as the perfect opportunity to push his creative boundaries and explore a fresh sound.
