Cryptocurrency billionaire Linus Williams, widely known as Blord, has been released on bail after spending three days in police custody.
The news was announced by controversial self-proclaimed social media activist VeryDarkMan
VeryDarkMan shared the update on his Instagram page on Friday.
Earlier, VeryDarkMan had reported his arrest on allegations of fraud and terrorism funding.
However, VeryDarkMan, who had previously claimed to have instigated Blord’s viral arrest, revealed several grievances lodged against the Bitcoin entrepreneur.
According to one of the allegations, Blord defrauded his brother of approximately 1.5 million BTC in 2021.
Another accusation stated that the Cryptocurrency billionaire used a fictitious account to deceive his online clients.
In his recent post, which has since gone viral, VeryDarkMan disclosed that Blord was released after considerable “begging and crying.”
“After much begging and crying, Blord is out, but he will be returning next week to answer for all his alleged crimes. I believe the Nigerian Police Force Cybercrime Control Centre (NPF-NCCC) will not compromise, and justice will be upheld. See you next week, Mr. Influential,” VeryDarkMan stated.
