The embattled rapper is currently facing serious criminal charges, including allegations of sex trafficking and racketeering.

This was brought against him in a 14-page federal indictment.

On Tuesday, Diddy pleaded not guilty to the charges, but the judge denied him bail, ordering that he should remain in custody until his trial.

The charges against him accuse the music mogul of using his expansive business empire to exploit, threaten, and traffic women for his own sexual gratification, as well as to maintain his public image.

Federal prosecutors claim that Diddy, with the assistance of associates within his company, Combs Enterprises, operated a criminal enterprise involving sex trafficking and arson.

Also, in the charge are forced labour, and kidnapping among other heinous activities.

Of the three charges Diddy faces, two carry the potential for a life sentence.
