American rapper, Cardi B, has expressed her fury and announced plans to pursue legal action following a disturbing visit from Child Protective Services (CPS) triggered by a false, anonymous prank call.
During an Instagram Live session on October 22, 2024, Cardi B revealed that the call, which falsely accused her of child abuse.
The prank call led to CPS and police officers showing up at her home late at night around 11:00 p.m.
Outraged by the prank, she condemned the act as dangerous and irresponsible.
“This is where pranks cross the line,” the rapper stated firmly.
“I‘m going to take legal action against Child Protective Services and the person who made this call. I’ll hire the best private investigator to find out who did this.”
Cardi B further explained her frustration, emphasising the severity of the situation.
“I promise you; I’m suing CPS and the individual behind this prank. First thing tomorrow morning, I’m getting to the bottom of this,” she declared.
“I’m hiring the best private investigator in the country because you don’t play like that. You don’t joke about people’s kids or motherhood, or even their fatherhood.”
She went on to defend her parenting, expressing how serious she takes the care of her children.
“Don’t ever mess with my kids or question my motherhood or my ex-husband’s fatherhood”.

” My kids live great lives, they’ve never been hit or harmed, no matter how much they might annoy me at times. I don’t believe in hitting my kids,” she stressed.
