Amaka Sunnberger has bitten more than she can chew as she is being probed for her actions against fellow Nigerians.
The alarming threat has sparked outrage and prompted swift action from both Nigerian and Canadian authorities.
However, Sergeant Bassey Osage, a representative of the Toronto Police Service, confirmed that the matter is being taken seriously.
“This incident has been reported to the
Toronto Police Service and is currently under
investigation,” Osage told Punch.
The situation escalated after the Nigerian House of Representatives, along with the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM), formally petitioned the
Canadian authorities.

Furthermore, they are demanding a thorough investigation and the prosecution of Sunnberger for her inflammatory remarks which have caused widespread concern within the Nigerian community both in Canada and abroad.
