A member of the popular defunct group, Plantashun Boiz, Blackface has stated that the media brought down his brand to zero.

In an interview with Chude Jideonwo, the singer revealed that he didn’t come into the music industry to make money but rather, to make good music.

Blackface further revealed that 2Face has always been everyone’s favourite right from when they started their career.

Recall that the duo who have been on loggerheads for years have resolved their differences as the tragic death of Sound Sultan brought them together.

Blackface stated that they came into the music space when the industry was really vamping and they started singing before they released an album.

According to him, no award body has ever given him an award since he started his musical career.
