Inspect the house by yourself.

The truth is, if you see a house built with inferior or substandard products you will know.

How can someone see a storey building that is bending either to the left or right and still make payment for such.

Check for cracks on the wall.

Also, interact with people in the environment, try to find out if the area has had previous cases of house collapse.

Furthermore, check if the house you are about to pay for is an old house.
