Brad Pitt Stars In First 'F1' Trailer Released During British Grand Prix

‘F1’ was filmed during this year’s Grand Prix races, which began in March, and features appearances by 10 real Formula 1 teams and their drivers.

The cast includes Kerry Condon, Javier Bardem, Tobias Menzies, Sarah Niles, Kim Bodnia, and Samson Kayo.

The film is directed by Joseph Kosinski, known for 2022’s “Top Gun: Maverick.” Kosinski also serves as a producer, alongside Pitt, Jerry Bruckheimer, Chad Oman, Dede Gardner, and Jeremy Kleiner.

Seven-time Formula 1 champion Lewis Hamilton is also a producer through his company Dawn Apollo Films.

In an April interview, Hamilton shared his long-standing admiration for “Top Gun” and revealed his request to Tom Cruise for a part in “Top Gun 2” when they met in 2014.

Although he was offered a role in “Top Gun: Maverick” in 2018,  he couldn’t participate due to scheduling conflicts.

It is noteworthy that Lewis Hamilton won the British Grand Prix, his lone victory so far in a particularly poor racing season.
