Big Brother Nigeria star Mercy Eke has shared details about her cosmetic procedures, including her Brazilian butt lift (BBL).
Appearing as a guest on the latest episode of the show Love Is a Game, Eke discussed her motivations for undergoing surgery, revealing that peer pressure in 2018 played a significant role.
“It was the trend at the time. Around 2018, everyone was doing it,” Eke explained. “I had a good form, but I felt the stomach was too much.”
The reality TV star admitted to being apprehensive about the procedure and chose not to inform her mother to avoid discouragement.
Instead, she coordinated with two friends to undergo the surgery together.
Eke described the post-surgery experience, including the discomfort of having to lay on her stomach for approximately 14 days to prevent pressure on her buttocks.
She also noted the painful process of post-surgery massages intended to reduce swelling.
“Getting your body massaged after the surgery is the painful part,” Eke said. “Not being able to sleep on your bum for about 14 days and having to lay on your stomach was challenging.
The nurses also massaged me to help bring the water out.”
Despite the initial discomfort, Eke expressed that the results were worth the effort. She also addressed rumors about additional facial surgeries, clarifying that she only had fillers applied.
