Evicted Big Brother Naija ‘No Loose Guard’ housemate, Chinwe has firmly denied allegations that she hired her boyfriend, Zion to act as her partner on the show.
These rumours gained traction after Chinwe openly discussed “sponsoring” Zion.
It led some viewers to speculate that their relationship was orchestrated for the show.
However, in a recent interview with Hero Daniels, Chinwe addressed these claims head-on.
Chinwe emphasised that she and Zion were genuinely involved in a romantic relationship long before entering the BBNaija house.
Also, she expressed frustration over the unfounded accusations.
She stated: “I feel like I’ve been judged unfairly.
Some people said I ‘hired’ or ‘sponsored’ Zion without even knowing the history of our relationship.”
Chinwe revealed that she and Zion had been dating for five months before they both appeared on the reality show.
Also, she insisted that their connection was real and not a manufactured storyline for the cameras.
However, Chinwe also shared her disappointment with Zion for discussing their private moments on the show.
“Zion should not have talked about our intimate moments,” she added.
The rumors and the subsequent fallout have cast a shadow over Chinwe’s time on BBNaija.
