Nigerian singer, Balogun Oluwakayode also known as Barry Jhay has finally been cleared of the murder allegation against him which has been trending in the past weeks.
Recall that the singer was accused of being involved in the death of his label boss, Babatunde Michael Abiodun also known as Kashy and he has broken his silence and explained how it all went down.

The singer took to his Instagram page to drop evidences which proved his innocence.
He wrote:
“These past few days have been drastically life-changing for me with resounding frame of reflections. What was meant to be a vacation with my friend/brother turned into a tragic nightmare I almost didn’t wake up from.”
Barry Jhay stated that the allegations he faced online do not come close to the hurt of losing a loved one while appreciating the Ghanaian police for being professional during the course of their investigation.
Barry Jhay accompanied his post with pictures of a comprehensive police report that highlighted the findings during the investigation.
The report confirmed that Kashy truly fell from a four-storey building and was confirmed dead at the hospital.
