
The 11th edition of the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA) was held on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at Eko Hotels and Suites in Lagos, Nigeria.
The event brought together stars from across the continent to celebrate outstanding talent in film, television, and digital content creation.
Among the big winners of the night were Lisabi: The Uprising, which took home awards including Best Makeup, Best Art Direction, and Best Indigenous Language Film (West Africa), and Seven Doors, which won Best Music/Score.
Kayode Kasum also received the Trailblazer Award, recognising his contribution to African cinema.
