Veteran Actor, Olu Jacobs has recently made a public appearance at the AFRIFF Globe Awards 2021 following rumours that the film star was dead, a claim which was debunked by his wife, Joke Silva.
The veteran actor however received the Life Time Achievement Award for his contribution to the Nigerian movie industry at the AFRIFF Globe Awards 2021.

Celebrating his latest achievement, his wife, Joke Silva who accompanied him to the event took to her Instagram page to congratulate him on his latest feat.
Sharing a picture of her husband with his award, Silva wrote, “Lifetime achievement award winner, sir Olu Jacobs @_olujacobs, curtesy @afriff.”
