Nollywood actress, Toni Tones has opened up about the challenges she had to conquer while preparing for Nigerian blockbuster movie ‘King of Boys’.
The actress while speaking about her role in the most talked about movie stated that speaking in Yoruba dialect was one of the main challenge encountered while interpreting her role.
The movie star made this statement after a fan tweeted about her role in the movie.
The fan wondered who would have interpreted the role well if Tones did not understand Yoruba and she replied by saying learning the language was one of her biggest challenge.
“I had to learn it for King of Boys. Had no clue what I was saying for just if it. Dele Adetiba, @kemiadetiba’s dad was my Yoruba tutor for King of boys. God bless that man for me. Learning Yoruba for KOB was the most challenging thing I’ve ever done in my life, but God won 🙏. ”
