CARNIRIV that fostered unity, put the state on the map, generated revenue and made Rivers State compete with the likes of Calabar Carnival on an eventful level is no more.
How can the state be fun this period without innovative things like CARNIRIV or something alike!

How did the truck get to the Calabar carnival route to the extent that people were killed in this many? 🤔🤦This incident must be properly investigated and the culprit must be brought to book. #PeaceInCalabar#calabarcarnival pic.twitter.com/sryoRsHupI
