Nollywood actor and comedian, Gaji Oluwasegun Samuel, has finally tied the knot with longtime heartthrob in Lagos.
Samuel who’s popularly known for his role as Mohammed aka Officer of Za Law in the famous family television series, The Johnsons, lighted up Badagry with a classic wedding well attended.
The marriage ceremony took place on Saturday, September 11, 2021.
Nigeria’s veteran actor, Charles Inojie, congratulated him via his Instagram page.
Known in the comedy series as Mr Lucky Johnson, Mr Inojie captioned his post, “The energy was off-the-hook yesterday as MOHAMMED a. k. a #officerofzalaw @gajisammie took his longtime heartthrob down the aisle. Congratulations bro and may God bless ur home.”
Other celebrity friends and colleagues also had some moments to share congratulatory notes on behalf of Mr Sammie, as they cheer him up on social media.
Samuel was born in Jos but spent most of his early years in the northern part of the country.
He graduated from the National Open University of Nigeria, NOUN, as a Computer Scientist.
His passion for Acting led him to start his career from a church group called ‘The Perfect Example Theatre’, a stage company where he was able to develop and nurture his skills in acting.
In 2012, he had the opportunity to showcase his comedic side of acting by showcasing his dexterity and charisma and that’s how the name ‘Baba 120’ came about. He has featured in several acting jobs mostly stage plays titled Ifesinachi, The Voice, and Heart of Gold where he was awarded The best Actor by Alex Usifo, and a soap opera titled Rescue.
He currently portrays the role of Mohammed in The Johnsons.
