Cardi B on Monday, October 7, 2024, opened up about her latest pregnancy during an Instagram Live session, comparing it to her previous two.

“This baby was not hard for me at all. I popped this baby out,” she said, adding that she delivered her third child in just seven minutes and felt an unusual surge of energy shortly after.

Reflecting on her earlier pregnancies, the Grammy winner noted that her second birth, with her son Wave, was much harder, requiring more recovery time.

Cardi advised others to give their bodies time to heal, suggesting starting with cardio before progressing to weightlifting three weeks postpartum.

While she hasn’t revealed the name of her newborn, this child marks her third with Offset, amid their ongoing divorce, which saw Offset accuse her of infidelity during the pregnancy.
