The singer took to his X (formerly Twitter) page to share a screenshot of his betting slip, revealing his prediction that both Nigeria and Tanzania will score in the encounter.
If successful, the bet could earn him a massive payout of $96,564, estimated at over ₦140 million.
This is not the first time Davido has publicly backed the national team with his wallet.
Also, the music star previously staked $10,000 on Nigeria during a World Cup playoff fixture.
