Afrobeats heavyweight Davido has been confirmed as one of the headline performers at the official kick-off concert of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).
The highly anticipated concert will hold on Saturday at the Olm Souissi Fan Zone in Rabat, Morocco.
Also, it will be accessible to fans with valid Fan IDs and match tickets.
Davido will share the stage with international and regional stars including French Montana, Douaa Lahyaoui, Says’z, and Lartiste.
This will set the tone for the continent’s biggest football tournament.
Also, his appearance further cements Davido’s reputation as a global music ambassador.
He previously performed at the AFCON 2017 opening ceremony, the 2022 FIFA World Cup draw in Doha, and the 2023 Professional Footballers’ Association (PFA) Awards.
