South African sensation Tyla has clinched the number one spot on Billboard’s 2025 U.S. Afrobeats Songs Artistes year-end chart, outperforming Nigerian Afrobeats heavyweights Wizkid, Davido, Rema, and Burna Boy.

Billboard’s newly released ranking places Wizkid, Rema, Davido, and Burna Boy in the second, third, fourth, and fifth positions respectively, solidifying their continued dominance in the global Afrobeats scene.

American-Ghanaian singer Moliy also made the top ten, joining Nigeria’s Asake, Shallipopi, Seyi Vibez, and BNXN, who round out the highly competitive list.

The 11–20 bracket features standout acts such as Fola, Tems, Olamide, Fido, Ayra Starr, Omah Lay, Chella, Kizz Daniel, Zinoleesky, and T.I Blaze.

British-Nigerian talents Odeal, Young Jonn, Odumodublvck, Kunmie, and Ayo Maff complete the top 25, highlighting the genre’s growing global reach.
