Nigerian Grammy-winning artiste Burna Boy has cancelled a major U.S. stop on his 2025 ‘No Sign of Weakness’ world tour.
The performance was scheduled for Friday, 28 November 2025, at The Armory in Minneapolis.

It was officially marked as cancelled on Ticketmaster on Thursday, 27 November 2025.
Tour organisers have yet to release a clear reason for the sudden cancellation.
However, the move comes at a time when Burna Boy is facing intense public criticism following a viral incident at one of his recent concerts.
Earlier this month, the singer paused his live performance after spotting a woman in the front row who appeared to be asleep.
In widely circulated videos, Burna Boy asked the woman’s partner to escort her out of the venue before continuing the show.
The incident triggered significant backlash online.
Many critics labelled his reaction insensitive, especially after reports emerged that the woman had been grieving a recent personal loss.
Fans, social media users, and even fellow artistes condemned the behaviour, calling it dismissive and lacking empathy.

The Minneapolis cancellation has now fuelled further speculation about the impact of the controversy on the tour’s momentum.
