Singer and actress Halle Bailey and rapper DDG have officially dropped the domestic violence restraining orders (DVRO) they previously filed against each other.

According to newly signed court documents, both parties agreed to dismiss their respective cases and have reached a temporary custody arrangement concerning their son, Halo.
As earlier reported, Halle filed a DVRO on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, while DDG filed his own on Tuesday, June 3, 2025.
The court documents reveal that the pair are now aligned in their decision to move forward amicably.
Under the new custody terms, the agreement will roll out in phases.
For the first 60 days, DDG will have physical custody of Halo every Wednesday (morning to evening) and on the second and fourth Saturdays of each month.
Halle will retain custody at all other times.
During the next 60 days, DDG will be allowed overnight visits, having Halo from Wednesday to Thursday and every Saturday.
The holiday schedule stipulates that Halo will spend Halloween and Father’s Day with DDG, while Halle will have him on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Day.
Halle Bailey and DDG will share time with him on Christmas Day and his birthday.
Additionally, the agreement strictly prohibits both Halle and DDG from posting Halo or any related information on social media.
Their families are also required to comply with this rule.
The former couple further agreed not to speak ill of each other publicly or in Halo’s presence.
