Nollywood actress Uche Ogbodo has responded to fellow actress Maureen Solomon after she criticised the Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) trend.
She claims it sends a wrong message to young people.

In a passionate video shared on social media, Uche Ogbodo defended body enhancement.
She stresses that there is nothing immoral about choosing to alter one’s appearance through cosmetic surgery.
“There is nothing morally wrong in enhancing any part of your body that you don’t feel comfortable with,” she said.
“Be it your nose, your dentition, your tummy, your butt — it’s your body, and technology has made it possible to improve it.”
The actress argued that cosmetic surgery should be viewed as one of the advancements of modern science.
According to her, people should be free to do what makes them feel confident, rather than being shamed for their choices.
She added that it is better to educate people about safe procedures than to criticise or shame those who undergo enhancements.
“It’s a blessing of technology,” Uche stated.
“Instead of lying about it or promoting unsafe alternatives, let’s show people the right and healthy way to go about it.”
