It was a warm and cheerful reunion in Abuja on Saturday, October 25, 2025, when Nigerian music superstar Davido crossed paths with Tanzanian singer Juma Jux and his Nigerian wife, Priscilla Ojo.
The couple, who recently returned to Lagos with their newborn son Rakeem, had flown into the capital to perform at the Medicaid Cancer Foundation event.
To their surprise, they ran into Davido and the meeting quickly turned into a viral moment.
With his signature smile, Davido congratulated the couple and playfully warned Juma Jux, saying, “Happy married life. You are enjoying it. Take care of my sister oh.”
The friendly exchange comes at a tense time, following Davido’s recent fallout with Priscilla’s mother, actress Iyabo Ojo, after she accused him of clout-chasing over the late singer Mohbad’s case a move that led to Davido unfollowing her on Instagram.
Still, despite the online drama, Davido’s brief moment with Priscilla and her husband showed a softer, more personal side one filled with humour, warmth, and brotherly affection.
