Nigerian actress and entrepreneur, Ifu Ennada, has opened up about her harrowing battle with severe health and spiritual challenges, including a period of total memory loss.

In a heartfelt post shared on social media, the former Big Brother Naija star revealed that over the past one and a half years, she endured what she described as “amnesia, severe mental breakdown, and intense spiritual battles” that nearly cost her life.
According to her, the most shocking episode occurred on her birthday, July 23, 2025, when she woke up with no memory of who she was or who her family members were.
“It felt like I was on a strange planet where I had no past, knew no one, and had no purpose,” she wrote.
“Even after being shown pictures and videos of my family, I just couldn’t remember them. It was like my entire life before July 23, 2025, was wiped clean.”
God’s Intervention
Ifu Ennada credited her recovery to divine intervention, sharing that despite her memory loss, she never forgot God.
“Through the help of the Holy Spirit, I remembered Jesus, God, and my name Faith. I held on to the Word in Hebrews 11:1 and John 16:33,” she said.
The actress added that her mother, a prayer warrior, stood by her through the ordeal, combining prayers with medical care.
She explained that her struggles also affected her business, but she believes God is preparing a great relaunch.
“God intervened, showed me mercy, healed me, and gave me new meaning to Psalm 118:5.”
“To the glory of His name, I am fully restored,” she declared.
Ifu Ennada revealed that she decided to publicly share her testimony after being moved by Apostle Selman’s ministration during the Hallelujah Challenge.
“This is me thanking God for fighting for me and not giving me over to the will of my enemies. Those who trust in God shall never be put to shame,” she concluded.
