When Imisi stepped out of the Big Brother Naija house as the Season 10 winner, she walked straight into the spotlight flashing cameras, endless interviews, and an audience that suddenly expected perfection.

But behind the glow and glam, she says, lies a quiet struggle.
Speaking at an event, Imisi confessed that fame hasn’t been as effortless as it appears.
“Having to put on makeup each time I step out, maybe for an event like this, really isn’t my thing,” she admitted with a soft laugh that carried a trace of exhaustion.
“I don’t like things on my face, and I even hate hairs on my body.”
For someone who has always preferred a natural, simple look, adapting to the image-driven world of celebrity life hasn’t been easy.
Imisi described how public expectations now dictate her appearance hair perfectly done, nails polished, makeup flawless.
“Honestly, I think I look good without all that,” Imisi said, her voice calm but firm.
“But because of what you’re trying to portray and how people expect you to appear, you’ve got to keep your hair, makeup, and nails done.”
