Snoop Dogg and Ice Cube Accused of Refusing to Return $1.3 Million in Fraud Lawsuit

The suit, filed by Westside Merchandising LLC, claims the hip-hop icons breached their contract and failed to deliver on promotional obligations tied to their supergroup, Mount Westmore, which also includes Too Short and E-40.

According to court documents, Westside advanced over $1.3 million for merchandise rights and tour promotion, but the tour reportedly stopped after only three shows.

The company accuses Snoop Dogg and Ice Cube of backing out and dodging depositions, while the rappers’ legal teams argue the lawsuit is baseless and the deposition demands are “harassing” and “burdensome.”

Both artistes maintain they acted in good faith, insisting the claims are exaggerated. The court has yet to rule on the dispute or the request for sanctions.
