Three years after CNN+ failed, CNN is trying streaming again with a $6.99 “All Access” plan,” launching on October 28.

What The Service Offers
Firstly, the service will offer U.S. audiences live and on-demand videos, full access to CNN.com articles, and a library of CNN Originals.
WBD’s Strategy
Meanwhile, Warner Bros Discovery (WBD) faces falling cable revenues and is actively expanding its streaming business in a crowded market.
Additionally, WBD plans a spin-off, making CNN a cable-focused company while separating its studios and streaming units into a new firm.
Leadership And Growth Plans
Under the former New York Times boss, CEO Mark Thompson, CNN is actively pursuing digital initiatives to boost ratings and profits.

Moreover, “All Access” builds on last year’s Basic tier, which gives subscribers unlimited access to articles and exclusive content.
CNN All Access Plan Cost
Importantly, current pay-TV customers can access the new service at no extra cost, while new subscribers can choose an annual plan.
The plan costs $69.99 a year, but CNN offers an introductory price of $41.99 until 5 January.
CNN’s executive vice-president for digital products, Alex MacCallum, said the launch represents “an essential step in CNN’s evolution.”
Finally, after Fox Corp launched Fox One in August for $19.99 per month, CNN aims to compete more aggressively for news audiences.
