Gospel minister Nathaniel Bassey has shared a deeply emotional testimony about how his wife, Sarah Bassey, endured five miscarriages.
This includes an ectopic pregnancy, while he continued to lead the globally followed Hallelujah Challenge.

Speaking during the early hours of Friday’s worship session, Nathaniel Bassey revealed that despite the personal pain his family faced, he remained steadfast in his calling to lead millions in midnight praise.
“As men of God and ministers, we have heard many stories. People come to me and say, ‘Pastor Nathaniel, you don’t understand.’ My wife will have to forgive me,” he said.
“Do you know there were times during the Hallelujah Challenge when we had a miscarriage and nobody knew? I would still come online to praise and dance.”
He went on to recount how, during one particular season, his wife was hospitalised for an ectopic pregnancy.
However, he continued to host the live worship sessions before rushing back to her bedside.
“A few years ago, she was in the hospital with an ectopic pregnancy. I would leave, lead praise and worship online, then return to the hospital, and the nurses attending to her would tell me, ‘It was powerful tonight.’ Not one, not two, not three or four pregnancies, but five,” he shared.
