Afrobeats sensation Adekunle Gold has confirmed that his highly anticipated sixth studio album, “FUJI”, will be released on October 3, 2025.
In a heartfelt post on X, the “Coco Money” crooner revealed that the project represents a new chapter in his life
Also, to encapsulates his origins, personal growth, and future aspirations.
Adekunle Gold described the album as a five-year labour of love, calling it his “greatest work yet.”
He noted that “FUJI” tells the story of his journey, from his roots and early struggles to moments of grief, triumph, and joy.
This includes the loss of his father and the birth of his daughter.
“This phase is rooted in the very beginning of my journey, a return to the essence of why I started making music — to tell stories,” Gold said.
“Listen with open ears, because I won’t be revealing any features until you’ve experienced it for yourself. This is me, Adekunle Kosoko.”

Adekunle Gold has earned acclaim for his ability to reinvent his sound.
His last album, “Tequila Ever After” (2023), featured 18 tracks with star-studded collaborations, including Pharrell Williams, Khalid, Simi, and Odumodublvck.
