Afrobeats sensation, Shallipopi, has once again captured hearts with his generosity, as he shocked a fan, Ademola.
He credited him with a whopping ₦1 million for lunch, after a playful interaction on social media.
Ademola had casually tweeted, “send money for lunch,” to which Shallipopi replied, “Depends on what you wanna eat.”
The fan, keeping the mood light, responded, “granola with milk and shiiii. just do whatever my presido.”
To his utmost surprise, Shallipopi went ahead to send him ₦1 million, turning what began as a joke into an unforgettable reality.
Overwhelmed, Ademola, who had just marked his birthday a week earlier, expressed gratitude, saying the gesture was more than enough for a birthday gift.
In his words, “YOOOOOOOOO!!! only one shalli baby !! it was just 7 days after my birthday !!! this is more than enough birthday gift GOD a BLESS YOU FOREVER !!!!”
Interestingly, this is not the first time Shallipopi has splashed a million on a fan.
Some months ago, another supporter tweeted about his hit track “Laho”, writing, “Laho – Shallipopi is that song fr! On repeat and I feel richer than the 2k in my account.”
The artiste was moved by the fan’s love, replied by requesting his account details.
He promises to make him “feel richer than 2k,” and fulfilled it by transferring ₦1 million.
