Rapper and pop culture star Lil Nas X, whose real name is Montero Lamar Hill, has pleaded not guilty to four felony charges in Los Angeles.
The charges include three counts of battery causing injury to a police officer and one count of resisting an executive officer.

The case stems from a bizarre incident on Thursday, August 21, 2025, when the Grammy-winning artiste was spotted roaming Ventura Boulevard in Studio City wearing only underwear and cowboy boots.
According to police reports, he acted erratically and allegedly charged at officers, causing injuries.
He was later hospitalized under suspicion of an overdose before being taken into custody.
During Monday’s court hearing, the judge set Hill’s bail at $75,000.
As part of his release conditions, he must attend Narcotics Anonymous meetings or participate in another outpatient rehabilitation program.
His father, Robert Stafford, described the rapper as “very remorseful” but assured fans that his son is “doing great” following the incident.
Meanwhile, his attorney, Christy O’Connor, said there is no confirmed evidence that Lil Nas X was under the influence of drugs, calling the event “an absolute aberration in his life.”
If convicted, the 26-year-old performer could face up to five years in prison.
