Talented Nigerian Afrobeats sensation Iyanya Onoyom Mbuk, popularly known as Iyanya, has officially announced a new project and tour that will mark his major comeback to the international music scene.
The “Kukere” hitmaker revealed that his highly anticipated new album will be released on September 12, followed by a United States tour running through October and November 2025.

The tour, themed “IYANYA: The Forester’s Son Tour,” will see the star reconnect with fans across several American cities.
Among the confirmed stops are Brooklyn (NY), Boston, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Detroit (MI), Minneapolis, Denver, Houston, Dallas, Los Angeles, and North Carolina.
Speaking about the announcement, Iyanya described the shows as a “comeback concert” after several years away from America.
Also, he last performed in the U.S. in 2019.
This makes this his first return in six years.
Taking to Instagram, he excitedly shared: “Album arrives Sept 12, hit the road Oct & Nov, United States, here we come.”
Iyanya is currently enjoying renewed momentum with his recently released single “Blue Waters,”
The song has been gaining attention both locally and internationally.
According to insiders, this upcoming album and tour represent Iyanya’s biggest comeback yet.

A source close to the singer noted: “He hasn’t been back in America since 2019. This tour is more than just music; it’s a chance for Iyanya and his fans to reconnect after six long years.”
