Ibom Air passenger, Comfort Emmanson, has shared her account of an incident that led to accusations of unruly behavior on a recent flight.

In a statement posted on her verified Instagram account, @soft_commy, Emmanson alleged that a flight attendant, identified as Julian Edwards, forcefully pulled off her frontal wig, cut off her gold jewelry, and damaged her mobile phones during a confrontation.
She explained that the altercation began after she questioned the crew member over the handling of her personal belongings.
According to her, the situation escalated when she was insulted and temporarily prevented from disembarking the aircraft.
Emmanson said the experience left her traumatised, especially after private images of her began circulating online.
She expressed gratitude to those who supported her during the ordeal, particularly after she was detained.
Recounting the August 10 flight from Uyo to Lagos, Emmanson claimed the dispute arose when she struggled to switch off her malfunctioning phone, despite attempts by a fellow passenger to assist.
She alleged that the flight attendant refused her pleas for assistance, which fueled the confrontation.
The incident has continued to spark reactions on social media as passengers and observers await further clarification from Ibom Air.
