Media personality and entrepreneur Toke Makinwa has melted hearts online with an emotional video where she revealed the gender of her first child.
The 40-year-old, who recently shared the news of her pregnancy through a glamorous maternity video, has now disclosed that she is expecting a baby girl.
In a heartfelt clip posted on social media, Toke explained that she wanted the reveal to be intimate and personal.
She visited her favourite top three stores, purchasing gifts in both pink and blue to symbolise the two possible outcomes, before staging a touching unboxing moment at home.
The video showed the media star opening one of the boxes with anticipation.
Inside, she discovered a baby pink bag, confirming she would be welcoming a daughter.
Overcome with emotions, Toke gasped, turned away in shock, and then joyfully exclaimed, “I’m having a girl!” before bursting into happy tears.
