Joy and laughter were seen in the faces of the supporters of the presidential candidate of the African Action Congress, AAC, in the 2019 presidential election, Omoyele Sowore, when the Nobel laureate Professor Wole Soyinka stormed the federal high court in Abuja along with Senator Shehu Sani, Deji Adeyanju and other human rights activists to show solidarity with Sowore & Bakare whose trial resumed today.

They were charged with treasonable felony for organizing a protest tagged #RevolutionNow.

Sowore was accused of insulting and trying to oust president Muhammadu Buhari out of office.
